In 2004, I can speak for many when I say the Gloves are off and the sleeves are up!!! Bring it on! Our Nations Founding Documents The Declaration of Independence The Constitution
Soon you can down load the following signs and Cards to share with others!
Important Foundational Information Welcome to "4 We The People.Com There is a revolution of conservatism in our country today. The liberal assault on our Freedom through the Homosexual and anti-Christian, and Socialist agenda is a binding shackle to the Moral Majority Their agenda is hi-jacking of our Judicial System and various branches of Government through the Democrat party. We need strong effective Government, but not wasteful Government pandering to the cry of socialist activist! We need Judges, but not extreme left wing Liberal Judges! We need equal Rights, But not Special Rights! More Important Foundational Information "Our founding fathers believed we needed a standard of moral principles to ensure our freedom. Religion is tied to virtue, virtue is tied to freedom. There can be no freedom without virtue. They believed the Bible offered the best code for self-governance through things like the Ten Commandments, and I think more importantly, the Golden Rule. After all, is there a purer form of self governance than "Do unto others?" It's not about salvation (not all of our founders were evangelical Christians), it's about a set of moral standards we can all live by." Evan M. Archilla We feel it is important that Americans re-visit the foundation of freedom, rights and protection of these blessings! More Important Foundational Information When developing the area's we want to have key focus, one bit of information was discovered that was extremely shocking! in many circles, from business to politics to religion. the later of the two seem to have a stank when brought up together due to one of the most misunderstood documents in history written as a letter by one of our founding Fathers Thomas Jefferson. This resembles a little like "Don't ask Don't Tell"!
As the search goes on it is appearing the this debate is much greater then just the liberal/ACLU's Cry for the Separation of Church and State like it says in the Constitution. Oh, I see Ah, that's right I forgot that the Separation of Church and State is not even in the Constitution. It is a letter by Thomas Jefferson actually limiting the control a Government would have on the Church, but more so the concept was there would not be a state church but on of denominations. Remembering why all these Britts Got on big boats and braved the wide open ocean? In search of a place where the could find freedom and free from over taxation plus the confines of a theocratic Monarchy.
MARCH 3, 1797 To the Clergy of different denominations residing in and near the city of Philadelphia. [March 3, 1797] GENTLEMEN, Believing, as I do, that Religion and morality are the essential pillars of civil society; I view with unspeakable pleasure, that harmony and brotherly love which characterize the Clergy of different denominations, as well in this, as in other parts of the United States; exhibiting to the world a new and interesting spectacle, at once the pride of our country and the surest basis of universal harmony. G. WASHINGTON (Unless otherwise indicated originals or original copies of all the George Washington letters can be found in The Papers of George Washington, Library of Congress, with the proper volume and page number following each excerpted letter: i.e. Papers, CCCXXXVI, 280-281) In the previous statement it sounds like George Washington is Possitive about the freem to believe a bit more freely with out all the pressure coming down from the King. More Great Diologue on the Discussion Background amendment acts on religious freedom The American Idea of Religious Freedom More Statistics 1. The American system differs from the ante-Nicene or pre-Constantinian separation of church and state, when the church was indeed, as with us, self-supporting and self-governing, and so far free within, but under persecution from without, being treated as a forbidden religion by the then heathen state. In America the government protects the church in her property and rights without interfering with her internal affairs. By the power of truth and the moral heroism of martyrdom the church converted the Roman Empire and became the mother of Christian states. The Facts About the Separation of Church and State With all this about the Separation of Church and State, then why is 25% of the Christian Church not ever registered to Vote? Recent Survey Suggests 8% of Christians Would Vote for Kerry?

Major Palestinian Terror Attacks Since Oslo ROUND 3 Liberal Topics the Media and the Democrats Don't Want you to know About!!! Dems Look to Bank on Gay Marriage Issue Thursday, May 13, 2004 Democratic parties in 15 states and Puerto Rico have set numerical goals for gays and lesbian delegates at the party's national convention this summer, double the number that set a standard in 2000. The effort comes as gay marriage has emerged as a divisive political issue, particularly in Massachusetts where Democrats will gather in July to choose their presidential nominee. Barring a last-minute ruling, gay marriages will be legal in the state beginning Monday. Both President Bush and Democratic rival John Kerry oppose gay marriages, although the Republican incumbent has backed a constitutional amendment that would ban same-sex nuptials. Kerry supports civil unions. Democrats are determined to ensure that gays and lesbians are part of their convention ranks. Delegates should "look like the nation as whole," said Winnie Stachelberg, political director for the Human Rights Campaign, a gay rights advocacy group. According to the Democratic National Committee, 212 delegates,
or roughly 5 percent, of the more than 4,300 at the party's 2000 convention
in Los Angeles were gay or lesbian. They came from seven states with numerical
goals, as well as states without.
ROUND 4 Currently the Supreme court is making it difficult to fight the war on terror by grant civil rights to the captive terrorist.
Like the ACLU the Supreme Court is making hard to win against the theives of society! Looks like we'll have to battle on our homeland after all! Our Runaway Supreme Court by
In cases challenging the Executive Branch’s authority to retain custody of Americans or foreign "enemy combatants" seized during overseas military operations, the Court ruled that these detainees have the right to federal court review of the legality of their detention. Exactly how, where, and using what rules of evidence, is up in the air. But one thing is for sure, our federal court system, already backlogged, is preparing for what is sure to be an avalanche of litigation filed by the 600+ detainees at Guantanamo Bay. How big is the monster the Court has created here? Justice Antonin Scalia, dissenting in Rasul v. Bush, warned that "the court boldly extends the scope of the habeas statute to the four corners of the earth." In his lone dissent in Hamdi v. Rumsfeld (involving a detained American combatant), Justice Clarence Thomas, wrote "no governmental interest is more compelling than the security of the Nation," and that the President--the official primarily responsible for safeguarding our security--must necessarily be allowed to use "broad discretion" to carry out his duty. Yes, the Court reaffirmed the general obligation and right of the Executive
Branch to classify certain detainees as "enemy combatants."
Yes, the Court recognized that federal courts must give substantial deference
to the Executive Branch in its consideration of the habeas corpus petitions.
But much like we saw in the Warren court era (think "exclusionary
rule," Miranda warnings), the current Supreme Court has once again
made it more difficult for our country to protect itself from real danger.
Now a captured enemy combatant has been handed a new weapon courtesy of
the Supreme Court--the right to litigate against, and waste the resources
of, our government. Click on Laura's name above for the rest of the story

ROUND 5 Education! ROUND 6 Tax Cuts for the Wealthy or the Rich! There is a big difference! The Republican Party is the Party of the the Rich? Not!!! 1. John F. Kerry (D-MA) $675 million (Plus Terraaazzzzza with a reported $1 Billy) 2. Jon Corzine (D-NJ) $400 million 3. Herb Kohl (D-WS) $300 million 4. Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) $200 million 5. (tie) Lincoln Chafee (R-RI) $50 million 7. Peter Fitzgerald (R-IL) $40 million 8. Edward Kennedy (D-MA) $30 million 9. Sen. Mark Dayton (D-MN) $20 million 10. Sen. John Edwards (D-NC) $15 million The money isn't an indication of guilt, but the
facts are. Former Goldman Sachs CEO John Corzine (D-NJ) ran a stock scam,
as we cover in Corzine Ran Stock Chophouse. Chris Dodd (D-CT) was the
one who relaxed all these accounting standards (See Dodd in Accounting
Scam Sandwich.) This lack of regulation, combined with Clinton-era lack
of morals and the 1993 Tax Act that encouraged CEOs to inflate stock prices,
led to our current scandal.
ROUND 7
If We are a Republic to which it stands on nation under God, indivisable with liberty and justice for all then what's up with the liberals and what do they want? In January 1873, Francis Ellingwood Abbot published the Nine Demands of Liberalism in THE INDEX: 1. We demand that churches and other ecclesiastical property shall be no longer exempt from taxation. 2. We demand that the employment of chaplains in Congress, and in the legislatures, in the navy and militia, and in prisons, asylums, and all other institutions supported by the public money, shall be discontinued. 3. We demand that all public appropriations for educational and charitable institutions of a sectarian character shall cease. 4. We demand that all religious services now sustained by the government shall be abolished; and especially that the use of the Bible in the public schools, whether ostensibly as a textbook or avowedly as a book of religious worship, shall be prohibited. 5. We demand that the appointment, by the president of the United States or by the governors of the various states, of all the religious festivals and fasts shall wholly cease, 6. We demand that the judicial oath in the courts and in all other departments of the government shall be abolished, and that a simple affirmation under the pains and penalties of perjury shall be established in its stead. 7. We demand that all laws directly or indirectly enforcing the observance of Sunday as the Sabbath shall be repealed. 8. We demand that all laws looking to the enforcement of "Christian" morality shall be abrogated and that all laws shall be conformed to the requirements of natural morality, equal rights and impartial liberty. 9. We demand that not only in the Constitution of the United States and of the several states, but also in the practical administration of the same, no privileges or advantage shall be conceded to Christianity or any other special religion; that our entire political system shall be founded and administered on a purely secular basis; and whatever changes shall prove necessary to this end shall be consistently, unflinchingly, and promptly made.
